Data use and cookies

Public website
The public website uses no advertising, analytics or social-media trackers. Cloudflare's security features, including Turnstile on our forms, may process device and network signals to tell people from bots and may set strictly necessary cookies for that purpose.
Signed-in app
The app sets one strictly necessary session cookie, which keeps you signed in and expires when you sign out or after a period of inactivity. It may remember interface choices, such as a selected tab, in your browser. It never stores personal data there.
Data room activity
When you open data room documents, we record which pages you view, for how long, which version of each document you saw, and any downloads that are enabled for you. Each page is watermarked with your email and the time. We use this to support your review, confirm that you received material updates, and protect confidential information. Only FutureNOW partners see this activity.
Marketing material links
Recipients of links to non-confidential materials confirm their email before a link opens. We record which email opened which material, so we know who received it.
Security and audit records
We record sign-ins, the devices used, confirmations for sensitive actions, and administrative changes in a tamper-evident log, kept for seven years.
Emails from FutureNOW contain no tracking pixels.
Your controls
Our sites honor Global Privacy Control signals. Because we don't sell or share personal information for advertising, no further opt-out is needed. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; clearing the session cookie signs you out.
