Terms of use

Agreement
These terms govern your use of futurenowventures.com and app.futurenowventures.com, including any data room (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.
Accounts
Accounts are by invitation only and are personal to you. Keep your passkeys, authenticator app and recovery codes secure, and tell us right away at contact@futurenowventures.com if you lose a device or think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Confidential information
Information you see after signing in, including data room materials, offering terms and investor information, is confidential. It is also subject to any confidentiality agreement you signed with FutureNOW. Don't copy, download (unless a download is enabled for you), photograph, record, forward or share it with anyone, except your own legal, tax and financial advisers who are bound to keep it confidential. Documents are watermarked to identify the viewer.
Venture partners
Venture partners introduce people to FutureNOW. They are not authorized to offer or sell securities, negotiate terms or handle investor funds on FutureNOW's behalf. FutureNOW alone decides whether to establish a relationship with someone and whether to invite them to any offering.
If you use the Services as a venture partner, you may share only the approved marketing materials shown for a deal, one to one, with people you already know well. Don't post them publicly, send them to lists, add statements about terms, valuation or returns, or describe any offering beyond those materials. Refer anyone who wants to learn more to FutureNOW, which decides whether to send an invitation. Information you see about investors you introduced is confidential, and you may use it only to support those relationships.
Acceptable use
Don't access the Services by automated means (including scrapers, bots and crawlers), attempt to bypass or test security controls, reverse engineer the Services, upload malicious code, use another person's account, or use the Services in violation of any law.
Submissions from founders
If you send us information about your company, we review it to evaluate a possible investment. We review many companies, may already be considering or invested in companies similar to yours, and don't sign confidentiality agreements for initial submissions. Please don't send material you consider highly confidential until we ask for it.
Intellectual property
The Services and their content belong to FutureNOW or its licensors. You may view them for the purposes described in these terms and for no other purpose.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutureNOW is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits any right that cannot be limited under applicable securities laws.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. If you have an account, we'll ask you to accept the updated terms the next time you sign in.
